Viewing List of Knowledge Records_KRs

You can view the list of Knowledge Records (KRs) available in the application as per your access.
To view list of KRs:
- Click Knowledge > User > Knowledge Record List.
- On the KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page, you can view the list of KRs.
- You can view the KRs in the Tile view or Tabular view.
- You can search for the KRs using the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel (see: Filters).

- Select the KB ID of the KR that you want to view. The KNOWLEDGE RECORD ID page is displayed with all the details about the KR. For information about the fields and icons on the KNOWLEDGE RECORD ID page, see Adding Knowledge Base Records (KRs).

Note:
You can modify the KR only if you have access to modify the KR. Also, a Change Record (CR) should be raised to make any changes to a KR. The various icons on the ACTIONS panel of the KNOWLEDGE RECORD page is available to you if you have the required access (see: Adding Knowledge Base Records (KRs).).
ACTIONS
This sections explains all the icons on the ACTIONS panel of the KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page.
Filters
Click Filters to specify a particular filter criteria to display the KRs as per the specified filter criteria. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. The following table describes the fields on the FILTERS page:

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the FILTERS pop up page.
Field | Description |

Tenant | Select the Tenant from the list. |
KB ID | Type in the KB ID range in the From and To text boxes. |
Status | Select the status of the KR from the list. |
Life Cycle Status | Select the life cycle status from the list. |
Category | Select the Category from the list. |
Classification | Select the Classification from the list. |
From Date | Select the From Date. |
To Date | Select the To Date. |
Search Text | Type in the text to search for in the KRs. |
Include Inactive | Select the check box to also include the inactive KRs meeting the search criteria. |
ADD NEW
Click ADD NEW to add a new KR. For more information about adding new KRs, see Adding Knowledge Base Records (KRs).

Click CONFIGURE COLUMNS to customize the columns on the page, see Personalizing Pages.
