You can view a report on software uninstallation. For more information about the fields on the SOFTWARE UNINSTALLATION REPORT page, see Field Description.

To view Software Uninstallation Report:

  1. Select Asset > User > Software Delivery > Software Uninstallation Report.
  2. On the SOFTWARE UNINSTALLATION REPORT page, on the FILTERS pop-up page, type in the filter criteria click SUBMIT to display the Software Uninstallation Report (see: Filters). For more information about fields on the SOFTWARE UNINSTALLATION REPORT page, see Field Description.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the SOFTWARE UNINSTALLATION REPORT page:

DETAILS

SL. No.

Displays the serial number in the list.

IP Address

Displays the IP address of the Asset.

Serial Number

Displays the serial number of the Asset.

Software

Displays the name of the software uninstalled.

Version

Displays the version of the software uninstalled from the Asset

Indicator

Displays the status of the software uninstallation. The status indicators are explained as follows:

  • : Indicates that there was an error while uninstalling the software.
  • : Indicates that the software uninstallation was successful and completed.
  • : Indicates that the software uninstallation is not started, or is in progress,or you need to restart.

Status

Displays the status of uninstallation of software as Not Started, In-Progress, Completed, and so on.

Update By

Displays the means through which the software is updated, Agent or Remote.

Start Time

Displays the start time of the software uninstallation.

End Time

Displays the end time of the software uninstallation.

Messages

Displays the status message of the software uninstallation from an Asset.

Output

Displays the output message of the software that you uninstalled from an Asset.

Errors

Displays the error message that occurred while uninstalling the software from an Asset.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons on the ACTIONS panel of the SOFTWARE UNINSTALLATION REPORT page. 

Filters

Click the Filters icon to view the software uninstallation report as per the selected filter criteria. On the FILTERS pop-up page, fill in the required details and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields on FILTERS pop-up page, see Field Description.

Field

Description

DETAILS

Name

Lists the names of the job scheduled for software uninstallation. Select the name of the schedule that you created from the list.

Status

Lists the configured status options:

  • Not Started: Indicates that the software uninstallation process has not been initiated.
  • In?Progress: Indicates that the software is getting uninstalled from the specified Assets.
  • Completed: Indicates that the software uninstallation process was complete and successful.
  • Error: Indicates that there was an error while uninstalling the software.
  • Restart: Indicates that you can restart the process of software uninstallation.
  • Ready: Indicates that the software uninstallation is ready to start.
  • Uninstalled: Indicates that the software has been successfully uninstalled.

Software Name

Lists the configured Software names. Select the name of the Software from the list.

Software Updated by

Lists the options through which Software can be updated. Select the option from the list.

Start Date

Specify the start date of the Software uninstallation for the Assets.

End Date

Specify the end date of the Software uninstallation for the Assets.

IP Address

Type in the IP address to view the Software uninstallation status.

REFRESH

Click REFRESH to view the latest status of the Software uninstallation from the selected Assets. 

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the report to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
