SUMMIT Software Center

You can configure the days and time allowed for the execution of the selected software for a Profile.

To configure software execution type:

  1. Select Admin > Modules > Asset > Application Control > Create/Update Profile.

  2. On the CREATE/UPDATE PROFILE page, a list of all the configured Profiles is displayed.

  3. Click the Profile Name for which you want to configure Software Execution Type.

  4. Under the Software Info tab, click the Software Name for which you want to configure Software Execution Type.

  5. On the SOFTWARE EXECUTION TYPE pop-up page, select the days and time for the execution of the software and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields and icon on the SOFTWARE EXECUTION TYPE pop-up page, see Configure Software and Executable Execution Type#Field Description.

To configure executable execution type:

  1. On the CREATE/UPDATE PROFILE page, click the Profile Name for which you want to configure executable execution type.

  2. Under the Executable Info tab, click the File Name for which you want to configure executable execution type.

  3. On the SOFTWARE EXECUTION TYPE pop-up page, select the days and time for the execution of the executable and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields and icon on the SOFTWARE EXECUTION TYPE pop-up page, see Configure Software and Executable Execution Type#Field Description.

The following table describes the fields on the SOFTWARE EXECUTION TYPE pop-up page for Software Execution Type:

SOFTWARE: <software name>

Allow Days

Select the check box for the days you want to configure software for execution.
Allow HoursSelect the From Hour and Minutes and Allow Hours and Minutes.
Applicable To

Specify if the configuration is applicable to Software, or All Publisher, All Publisher & Software.  Select the appropriate option.
