Report Description

There are two separate reports generated for the time period you specified (for a selected set of Workgroups and the selected Tenant):

  • Incident Classification - Displays count of incidents based on incident Classification and Incident.
  • Incident Category - Displays count of incidents based on incident Category.

Click the Incident Classification tab to view the incident classification and click the Incident Category tab to view the incident category for the selected Workgroup and Tenant.

On the table, click the incident count hyperlink to view the incident list for the selected classification or category. On the INCIDENT LIST pop-up page, click the Incident ID hyperlink to view the incident details. For information about viewing reports, see View Reports.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the INCIDENT CLASSIFICATION AND CATEGORY REPORT page:

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT CLASSIFICATION AND CATEGORY REPORT.

PUSH REPORT

Click PUSH REPORT to configure the reports to be sent to the configured users at set intervals.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

CATEGORY & CLASSIFICATION WITHOUT INCIDENTS

Click CATEGORY & CLASSIFICATION WITHOUT INCIDENTS to export the Category & Classification without Incidents to Microsoft Excel sheet.
