Incident Resolution Category Pareto Chart Report

Report Description

Incident Resolution Category Pareto Chart is a Pareto chart-based report. It displays the count of incidents by resolution Category for the time period you specified (for a selected set of Workgroups and the selected Tenant).

By default Top 10 Resolution Categories are displayed as shown in the above screen shot. You can select to view Top 15 Resolution Categories, Top 20 Resolution Categories, and Top 25 Resolution Categories from the Filter By list.

On the graph, click the bar for a category to view the list of incidents logged for the selected category. On the INCIDENT LIST pop-up page, click the Incident ID hyperlink to view the incident details. For information about viewing reports, see View Reports.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the INCIDENT RESOLUTION CATEGORY PARETO CHART page.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT RESOLUTION CATEGORY PARETO CHART page.
