Configuring Prefix Code for Tenant
You can configure Prefix code for an Tenant.
To configure a Prefix Code:
- Select Procurement > Configuration > Procurement Tenant.
- On the PROCUREMENT TENANT page, on the ACTIONS panel, click PREFIX CODE. The PREFIX CODE page is displayed.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the PREFIX CODE page:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Tenant | Select the Tenant from the drop-down list for which you want to configure a Prefix Code. |
Request Type | Select the Request Type from the drop-down list for which you want to configure a Prefix Code. |
Prefix Code | Displays the Prefix Code that you created. For more information about creating a Prefix Code, see Creating Prefix Code. |
Next Sequence Number | Specify the Next Sequence Number. The Sequence Numbers are displayed in place of the Phrase *SequenceIDIncrement* of a Prefix Code. The number that you specified in the Next Sequence Number field is the subsequent Sequence Number of a Prefix Code. |
Padding Number | Specify the Padding Number. The Prefix Code allows the maximum number of digits as specified in the Padding Number field. |
Active | If selected, the Prefix Code configuration becomes active. |
LIST | |
Include Inactive Records | If selected, the inactive Prefix Code configurations are displayed along with the active Prefix Code configurations. |
Edit | Click the Edit icon to edit a Prefix Code configuration. |
Tenant | Displays the Tenant for which you configured the Prefix Code. |
Request Type | Displays the Request Type for which you configured the Prefix Code. |
Prefix Code | Displays the Tenant specific Prefix Code that you configured for a Request Type.. |
Separator | Displays the type of separator that separates the Phrases in a Prefix Code.. |
Next Sequence Number | Displays the configured Sequence Number. |
Padding Number | Displays the configured Padding Number. |
Active | Displays the Active status of a Prefix Code configuration. |
ACTIONS
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured Procurement Tenants.

- To edit an Tenant, click the configured Tenant in the Tenant column. Make the appropriate changes, and then click SUBMIT.
To display inactive Tenants along with the active Tenants, select the Include Inactive Records check box.
Note:
When the configured Tenants are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW, ADDRESS and PREFIX CODE action items are displayed on the ACTIONS panel.
- Click ADD NEW to configure a new Tenant.
- Click ADDRESS to configure the address for the selected Tenant. For more information about configuring the address for an Tenant, see Configuring Address for Tenant.
- Click PREFIX CODE to configure Prefix Code for an Tenant. For more information about configuring the Prefix Code for an Tenant, see Configuring Prefix Code for Tenant.
