Figure: Switch Tenant tab - The SELECT TENANT pop-up page is displayed.
All the configured tenants for the Domain are displayed in the Tenant drop-down.
Figure: Select Tenant pop-up pageSelect a Tenant from the drop-down list and then click SUBMIT.
Note:
While switching tenant, using the Switch Tenant option from the SummitAI Web Application, if the account is already logged-in and is configured to a Tenant, a DUPLICATE LOGIN pop-up window with a message "Your last logged in session is still active" is displayed. Click CONTINUE to log out of the previous session and to log in with the new device.
If the user clicks CONTINUE, the first session becomes inactive, and if any actions are performed on this inactive session, an error message is displayed.
