You have the option to reset the passwords and send the password to the configure E-mail ID. This option can be also used when you have forgotten your password.
To reset password:
- On the SIGN IN page, click the Forgot Password? link.
Figure: SIGN IN page Type in the e-mail id of the user for whom you want to reset the password.
Click the Reset your Password button. The new password is sent to the specified e-mail id.
Note:
While logging on to the application, user needs to reset the temporary password (system generated password through e-mail) on the very first login. Do not copy the password from the e-mail and paste it into the Password text box. It is always recommended to type the password.
