Asset Depreciation By All Categories Report AM

The Asset Depreciation By All Categories report displays a tabular report on the asset depreciation. You can view the original cost, depreciation reserve, and written down value of all the assets based on the specified Tenant, GAAP Type, Financial Year, and selected Store. You can also get a summarized or detailed view of the asset depreciation report calculated by the laws of the Income Tax Act or Company Act. You can further drill-down the report by clicking the hyperlinks of the Categories or Code numbers.

• Click the Code number hyperlinks to view the branch level details and branch-wise break down values of an given amount for each Asset Category.
• Click the Category hyperlinks to view the depreciation details of each Asset under the selected Category.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ASSET DEPRECIATION BY ALL CATEGORIES REPORT.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the Asset Depreciation By All Categories report.

PRINT

Click PRINT to print the displayed report records.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
