Description

Custom Fields are additional fields that can be created by the Administrators as per the requirement of the organization. Using Custom Fields, the Administrators can add new fields, decide the type of field, and the data that can be entered (minimum and maximum length, only numeric values, etc.). The Administrators can configure the Custom Fields using the Form Builder. For information about configuring Custom Fields, see Form Builder. These Custom Fields are available to the users based on configuration done by the Administrators.

Advantages

  • Configuring additional fields as per requirements of organization.
  • Flexibility to the Administrators to add or remove the fields as and when required. These fields can be configured based on the Tenant providing greater flexibility.

Accessing the Feature
