Multi-Channel Support

CINDE is used to interact with the users and provide them quick solutions to their issues and raise Incidents and Service Requests, if required. Along with the SummitAI application, CINDE is available as a contact for the configured users on the following applications:

  • Web chat
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Skype for Business
  • Slack
  • Jabber

With this, the users can log Incidents or raise Service Requests directly from any of these channels without logging into the SummitAI application.
