Configuring Field Display Order on Fixed Asset List Page

You can define the order of the fields available on the FIXED ASSET page. In order to set the fields, you need to have the category configured on the FORM BUILDER page. For more information to create a new category, see Configuring Form Builder for Asset Management.
To configure the field order on the FIXED ASSET page:
- Select Asset > Configuration > Asset Masters > Field Order Configuration. The FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION page is displayed.
- On the ACTIONS panel, click ADD NEW to add a new Field Order Configuration template.

Click on the category from the Category Name column to configure the field order. The FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION pop-up page is displayed.

- Set the order of the attributes using a drag-and-drop operation.
Click SUBMIT.
Note:
After submitting, you can select the other Asset Statuses to configure.
- After the configuration is done on the FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION pop-up page, it becomes green checked for that Asset Status on the FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION page.
- On the FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION page, click SUBMIT.

The following table describes the fields on the FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION page:

Tenant | Select the Tenant from the drop-down list. |
Template Name | Specify the Template Name. |
Active | If selected, the template becomes Active. You can set only one template as active. |

SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to view the list of configured templates.
ADD NEW
Click ADD NEW to add a new Field Order Configuration template.
