Who are Additional Approvers?

You can configure an Additional Approver for a particular Tenant. The Release Record(s) created under that Tenant will have Additional Approver stage in the Release Record workflow. If an additional approver is configured in the flow, the Release Record(s) will be directed to the Approver after it is Authorized. Only one Additional Approver can be configured for a Tenant.

To configure an Additional Approver:

Select Release > Configuration > Additional Approver. The ADDITIONAL APPROVER page is displayed.
Select a Tenant, specify Approver name, and enable Active check box if you want to make this configuration active.
Click SUBMIT. An Additional Approver is configured.

Note:

For the selected Tenant, the existing Approver configuration will be overridden with the new Approver configuration.
