End Users 1

End Users is a person who uses SUMMIT application, apart from the Analyst and Administrator. The End User can also be an initiator of Change. The CR created by the End User on this page are available in Draft status until the Analyst changes to Requested status.

As an End User you can perform following actions using Change Management module.
