You can integrate the other ITSM product to Orchestrate tasks using the SummitAI Orchestration.
Scenario
Let's consider the user is using ServiceNow ITSM product and wants to orchestrate the tasks using SummitAI Orchestration. In SummitAI Orchestration, the user can integrate the ITSM product using the API base URL.
To Integrate the ITSM product
- Select Orchestration > ITSM Integration Settings. The ITSM INTEGRATION SETTINGS page is displayed.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the ITSM INTEGRATION SETTINGS page:

Product Name | Select the Product Name from the drop-down list. Currently, you can select only SummitAI Application to proceed further. You also can configure the other ITSM products such as ServiceNow. |
Specify the API URL of the selected ITSM product to get the access to pull or push the data. | |
