Restrict user details in Caller Details section of transactional records.

User Persona: Admin

Restrict which user details will be displayed in the Caller Details section of the transactional records screens. Configure and customize the level of restriction based on organizational needs.

For more information, refer to Configuring Application Settings.

  • Protecting sensitive information of the caller helps maintain data privacy and compliance.

  • Restricting access ensures that Analysts only have access to the information necessary for them to perform their task, thus reducing the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data.
