New Column named Collection addition under View/Edit Field Mapping User Persona: Admin | There is a new column named Collection, where three new options have been introduced namely First, Last and All in the source field to selectively map the elements from Source Field to Target Field. Disable Incident Creation checkbox in Notification Parser User Persona: | Incident creation will be disabled if this checkbox is enabled. Once this option is enabled, it disables Incident creation for all parsers, however, update and approve actions will happen if the configuration is enabled for both. Performance Enhancements
Notes
- Microsoft migrated from ADAL.NET to MSAL.NET. For multi-tenant apps, use "/common" in the authorization URL when the Azure portal's Multi-Tenant checkbox is enabled; otherwise, replace it with the Tenant ID.
- The JS scripts and CSS are being successfully applied to the newly created themes in the new Tenant.
- The Instance and Catalog ID attributes are optional when retrieving the service request details list using the SR_GetMyRequestDetails API.
