  1. Summit AI Channel UserAuthentication API: This API enables you to access authorization details for a specific or list modules of the respective users and allow to map the VIP users.

  2. AM My Asset List: The API enables you to access the allocation details of the assets that includes all types of assets such as Fixed, Consumable, Accessories, Software, etc.

  3. Get Active Running Notifications: This API enables to retrieve all the active notifications running/published at bulletin board and information ticker.

  4. Get Broadcast Details: Use this API to retrieve Broadcasted information if published to a particular user or customer (if more than one filter payload request, you may do the logical AND to get the matching records).

  5. Upload Attachment to Incident/IM Rule Templates: Use this API to upload attachment to standard, custom and multi-valued attributes.

  6. AM Accept Reject Asset Allocation: Use this API to accept or reject any asset after it has been allocated.

  7. Summit Upload Attachment: Upload an attachment to a SR catalog form using the following API Request with details such as User Name, Organization ID and so on.

  8. ADM Get File Upload Attributes: Use this API to fetch the attachment validation parameters to create/update Change Records with details like User Name, and Organization ID.

  9. Using ADM_GetUserBasic_AdvancedDetails API you can reaped the basic and advance details of the user based User ID and email ID.

  • Summit AI Channel UserAuthenticaton API - Provision of VIP Mapping. Application for Incident Management and Service Request modules.

  • AM My Asset List - Provision to generate User Asset List based on the User ID or Email ID.

  • Get Active Running Notifications - Provision to fetch all the actively running or published notifications based on the Tenant coed and Number of Days.

  • Get Broadcast Details - Retrieving the broadcasted information in the API help to fetch all the records related to a particular customer based on the number of days and Customer ID.

  • Upload Attachment to Incident/IM Rule Templates - Upload attachment to an incident or IM Rule Templates in Digital Agent to better understand the incidents and reason behind them.

  • AM Accept Reject Asset Allocation - Separate API to easily accept or reject the asset allocation from the application.

  • Summit Upload Attachment - Provision to upload an attachment to a SR Catalog form based on the Ticket ID and Attribute ID.

  • ADM Get File Upload Attributes - Provision to retrieve all the attachment validation parameters to create/update Change Records based on User Name, Organization ID.

JWT authentication in Reporting API

In the Reporting API, we have introduced JWT (JSON Web Tokens) based authentication to reduce the risk of security breaches.
