New SERVICE REQUEST tab on USER MASTER Page

Now, a new SERVICE REQUEST tab is added on the USER MASTER page. Using this, the users can view up to last 100 raised Service Requests categorized under different Categories.

Logging Service Requests for Other Users Using IVR

Now, Analysts can log Service Requests for other users using IVR.
