Timesheet Exception Dashboard Report

Overview 

A Timesheet Exception Dashboard report is a tool organizations use to monitor and manage timesheet-related issues and discrepancies. It provides a comprehensive overview of timesheet data and highlights any exceptions or anomalies that need attention. The report aims to identify irregularities or inconsistencies in timesheet submissions, helping managers and administrators ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of work hours. 

View Timesheet Exception Dashboard Report 

Reports can be accessed by the following steps. 

  1. Navigate to Reports > Project Management.  

  2. Click Project Management. The Subsequent page is displayed below.

  3. Click on the REPORTS drop-down menu to access the Timesheet Exception Dashboard Report. 

  4. Select the Project and Department from the drop-down. Click Submit.

    Note

    To access this report, the employee should be mapped to the correct department. If the employee is not mapped to the department, the report will not be available for that employee.  


  5. This page shows the number of hours logged on specific days.

Field Description

LIST

Legends 

The legend specifies the meaning of the different color codes used.  

 

Red

The timesheet was not entered. 

Orange  

The timesheet entered greater than 8 hours. 

Yellow

The timesheet entered less than 8 hours. 

Green

The timesheet entered equals 8 hours. 

Grey

It represents any leaves, holidays, or weekly offs.  

 

Week Number 

Specifies the week number along with the dates of the week.  

Employee Name 

Specifies the list of names of the employees who have logged the working hours. 

Export to Excel 

You can export the list page into an Excel sheet.
