Assigned Analyst on Task List page

Feature released in SummitAI Service Management (Tahoe SP3 HF01 V1 Patch, Service Management)

Overview

"Assigned Analyst" is a new column that has been added to the CONFIGURE COLUMNS page. For the analyst to be able to see the task that has been assigned to their name in the TASK LIST view page. It will now provide all the details regarding the task assignment.


Benefits:

  • The analyst will now be able to see the tasks that have been allocated to them.
  • This will give complete information about the task assignment.


Viewing Assigned Analyst on Task List page

To view the Assigned Analyst column, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Change > User > Task List.
  2. Select the CONFIGURE COLUMNS on the Task List.
  3. In CONFIGURE COLUMNS pop-up window, select Assigned Analyst present in the Available Columns and Click on “>” to move it to Selected Columns section.

  5. Once the Assigned Analyst column starts displaying in the Selected Columns section, click SUBMIT.

  6. The Assigned Analyst column will be displayed on the TASK LIST view page.
