Feature released in SummitAI for ITSM (Denali SP3 HF01)

What's New?

Previously, both the Base URL and SummitAI Core API URL had only one Application Setting.

Now, SummitAI has introduced two Application Settings to differentiate the Base URL and the SummitAI Core API (Web Service) URL. Using these Application Settings, the Administrator can configure two different URLs, one for the Base URL where CINDE is deployed and one for the SummitAI Core API from where the data should fetch and display in CINDE. Configuring the different Base URL and Web Service URL, the following scenarios can be achieved:

• If both the Base URL and the Web Services URL are same, the hyperlink displayed in the CINDE after logging an Incident redirects to the same domain URL.

• If the Base URL and the Web Services URL are different, the hyperlink displayed in the CINDE after logging an Incident redirects to a same domain URL as configured on the Application Settings page.
