What's New?

Now, an e-mail notification is sent to the Workgroup members when a Service Request is resolved.

Configuration

The Administrators need to select the check box, E-mail Workgroup on Service Request Resolution, on the WORKGROUP page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Workgroup). For more information, see Configuring Workgroups.
