AHyperlink Custom Attribute in CMDB

What's New?

In the CMDB module, the Administrators can now configure a hyperlink as a Custom Attribute.

On the FORM BUILDER page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Form Builder > Select Module as CMDB), a new control, Hyperlink is added. Using this control, the Administrators can add the Hyperlink Custom Attribute for the selected Tenant and Classification under the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab of the NEW CONFIGURATION ITEM page. This control is useful to provide internal/external reference associated with the CI.

Additionally, the users can edit the hyperlink from the CONFIGURATION ITEM ID page, based on the requirement. For more information about this feature, see Configuring Custom Fields for CMDB and Adding Configuration Items.

Note:

This control is not applicable for Multivalued Group control. Hence, if any Hyperlink control is added in a Multivalued Group, it will not be available under Preview and to the users.
