AAllow Analysts to Edit Symptom and Description of Incidents and Service Requests SRs
What's New?
Now, the Analysts can modify the Symptom and Description of the Incidents. Similarly, the Analysts can modify the Description of the Service Requests. The changes made by the Analysts are validated, captured in the Change History, and reflected on the End User pages.
Note:
- The multi-text format is not supported in iOS while editing the value of the Description field.
- The SummitAI Mobile App (Android and iOS) supports only a few text formats, such as <b><u><i><p>.
Configuration
Incident Management
In the SummitAI Web application, on the TENANT page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Tenant > Select a Tenant from the LIST section > On the ACTIONS panel, click CONFIGURE DETAILS), for Incident Management module, under the For Analysts section, following two new check boxes are added:
- Allow Analyst to Edit Symptom: Select to allow the Analysts to edit Symptom of Incidents using the SummitAI Mobile application.
- Allow Analyst to Edit Description: Select to allow the Analysts to edit Description of Incidents using the SummitAI Mobile application.
Service Request Management
In the SummitAI Web Application, on the TENANT page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Tenant > Select a Tenant from the LIST section > On the ACTIONS panel, click CONFIGURE DETAILS), for Service Request module, under the For Analysts section, a new check box Allow Analyst to Edit Description is added. Select the check box to allow the Analysts to edit the Description of the Service Requests using the SummitAI Mobile Application.
