Adding or Updating Software Assets With Zero (0) Quantity

What's New?

Now, new Software Assets can be added, or existing Software Assets can be updated with Zero(0)quantity. Earlier, a minimum of 1 quantity was required to add any Software Asset.

This is useful when a Freeware or a trial version of a Software is added as an Asset. It helps in more accurate planning for Software Assets.

Example:

If an organization is planning to procure licenses for a Software, they can install the trial version to get the count of users who installed the trial version of the Software. This helps in capturing the exact count of users using the trial version of the Software and estimate the number of licenses that need to be procured.
