Request Type for Fixed and Non-Fixed Asset Allocation

Request Type for Fixed and Non-Fixed Asset Allocation

Read Complete Release Notes

Feature released in SummitAI Asset Management (Denali SP1)

What's New?

Now, the Analyst can select the Request Type along with Request ID while allocating a Fixed or Non-Fixed Asset (Consumable, Accessories, and Software) to a user. This allows the Analyst to specify the Request ID without a prefix (SR/IM/WO).  The specified Request ID is then linked to the selected Request Type. The Request Type field and the options populated in its drop-down list are available based on the configuration of the ASSET APPLICATION SETTINGS page. For more information, see Configuring Asset Application Settings.

UI Changes

  • A new field, Request Type, is available on the following pages:

  • New fields, Enable Module and Default Module are added under the ASSET ALLOCATION SETTINGS section on the APPLICATION SETTINGS BY TENANT page (Asset > Configuration > Others > Application Settings > Select CONFIGURE BY TENANT on the ACTIONS panel). Based on the selection of the Enable Module and Default Module values, the same options are displayed on the Allocation page.
