Now, the Registered Users or All Users filter criteria are added under the Search By drop-down field on the FILTERS pop-up page to narrow the search. This empowers the Analyst can view the Agent Online Status Report based on Registered Users or All Users. 

UI Change

On the FILTERS pop-up page (Reports > Select Module as Asset Management> Search and select Agent Online Status Report> Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel), in the Search By drop-down list, the Registered Users or All Users options are added. For more information, see Agent Online Status Report.

  • Registered User:  If you want to generate the online status report for the users who are added in the User Master, select Registered User from the drop-down list. Type in and select the name of the Agent from the suggestion list populated under the Search Value field. Using this option, the online status report of one user can be generated at a time.
  •  All Users: If you want to generate the online status report for the users who are not yet added in the User Master, select All Users from the drop-down list. Subsequently, type in the alphabet of the Agent’s name for whom you want to generate the online status report. If you are not sure about the complete name of the Agent, then enter a few alphabets related to the agent’s name. The online status report is provided for all the user names in which the specified alphabet exists. Using this option, the online status report of multiple users with similar partial names can be generated at a time.
