What's New?

Now, the User Band is displayed on the ALLOCATE FIXED ASSETS page (Asset > User > Manage Assets > Asset Inventory > Select the Asset Type as FIXED > Select the hyperlink under In-Store column of the required Asset Category > Select the required Asset ID check box > Click ALLOCATE on the ACTIONS panel > On the ALLOCATE FIXED ASSETS pop-up page Type in and select the user name > The band of the selected user is displayed).

Configuration

  • Create a Custom Attribute on the FORM BUILDER page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Form Builder > Select the Tenant > Select the Module as User > Select Additional User Properties > Select the Dropdown box and specify the label name as Band and required drop-down list > Click NEXT > Click SAVE).

  • On the ACTION ATTRIBUTE CONFIGURATION page, enable the Band Attribute for the required category of Allocate Asset screen (Asset > Configuration > Asset Masters > Action Attribute Configuration > Select the Tenant > Select Allocate Asset for Screen To Access field > Select the required Asset Category > Enable the Band Attribute).

  • Configure the Band for the respective user on the USER LIST page (Admin > Basic > Users > User List > Select the Domain and Type in the required User name > Click SUBMIT to view the List of Users > Select the required User ID > Click ADDITIONAL USER PROPERTIES tab under DETAILS section > Select the Band from the drop-down list > Click SUBMIT).
