Enable caller selection across customers User Persona: Admin | Introduced a new configuration named Enable caller selection across customers at Tenant level. When logging an Incident, it allows the users to choose any Caller, regardless of the selected Customer. Service Automation (Orchestration) for Change Management and Task User Persona: End User and Analyst | This feature integrates Service Automation (Orchestration) with Change and Task Management systems to streamline workflows. When a Change Request (CR) or Task is created or updated, it automatically triggers relevant Service Automation workflows. The integration is implemented within the Symphony (CTP) platform. For more information, refer to Service Automation (Orchestration) for Change Management and Task. |

Note
Reporting has been enhanced in Tahoe SP3 HF30. For upgrading from Izenda 6.10.0.17 to 6.10.0.43 version, you must delete the Reporting folder (~/Webfiles/Reporting) and add a new Reporting folder from the Upgrade Build file.
