Hidden Fields for SR Approver

This enhancement allows the Service Request Approver to see only the fields that contain data during the SR approval process, with any empty or unfilled fields automatically hidden to provide a cleaner and more streamlined view

  • Streamlined views reduce the time needed to review each request

In the End User Dashboard, navigate to the Approve Service Request widget to view the list of SRs for approval.

Assigned Workgroup

Visibility in Relationship Tab

User persona: Analyst

Task tile under the Relationship tab of a Change Record displays Assigned Workgroup information, enabling users to view responsible workgroups for related records at a glance.

  • Enhances collaboration by displaying key data in a single view

Analyst

The enhancement extends authorization permissions to all workgroup analysts by implementing a configuration at the Tenant level.

  • Reduces the approval timelines 

  • Allows the workgroup analysts to quickly approve knowledge records

Configure Reminder

Notification for CR not

moved to Implemented after

Planned End Date

User Persona: Admin /

Analyst

CR tracking is more effective with Reminder notification when the CR is not moved to the Implemented state. By implementing alert notification frequency users have less chance to improve the CR process

View Email Body in Task

History of the Change

Request

User Persona: Admin /

Analyst

Send Task Activation Notification Email with the configured email body to the mentioned recipients in the Task along with Workgroup and Caller.

  • This enhancement in Task management supports in informing to the required audience about the Task activation notification

  • Details of mail body are recorded in the Mail History and helps in audit purpose

Improvements

Service Management

This enhancement allows the Requestor/Initiator to delete the attachments that are uploaded in the Change Record.

  • Enables Requestor/Initiator to manage attachments more effectively, ensuring only relevant documents are retained

  • Simplifies the process of correcting or updating documentation without needing additional support

Security and VAPT enhancement

Summit Web App security enhanced by performing Vulnerability And Acceptance Penetration Testing (VAPT). This has hardened the Summit Web Application security layer.
