User Import Enhancement

User Persona - Admin

Previously, any hyperlink entered by the user appeared only as non‑clickable plain text. To enhance the efficiency and quickly navigate to external documentation and URLs, you are now getting an option to either enable of disable the HTML hyperlink support.

The Multiple Users per Store & Role enhancement expands the Maker‑Checker configuration by allowing administrators to assign up to five users to the same store‑role combination within the Approval Matrix, replacing the earlier limitation of single‑user assignment.

The Asset ID & Category Filter Enhancement adds two new search filters. Asset ID and Asset Category to the Print Gate Pass page in Asset Management.

It improves search precision, reduces manual effort, and strengthens asset traceability and audit compliance.

Asset Audit Trail Enhancement: Deactivation & Reactivation Remarks

User Persona: Analyst/Approvers

This enhancement introduces two new audit parameters—Deactivation Remarks and Reactivation Remarks—in the Asset Audit Trail.

Whenever an asset is deactivated or reactivated, the remarks entered by the analyst or approver will be automatically captured and stored in the audit log, ensuring a complete and traceable record of lifecycle changes.

You can send emails to Workgroup Members, Analysts, Callers, or End Users to request information or provide updates about an incident using the 'Send Email' icon on the Incident Detail page.

We have now enhanced this action by adding an Add button, allowing you to attach multiple files to the email.

This enhancement allows the Service Request Approver to see only the fields that contain data during the SR approval process, with any empty or unfilled fields automatically hidden to provide a cleaner and more streamlined view

Email Id is added for Set Approver

In the Service Request (SR) module, when an Analyst searches for and sets an Approver, the Approver's email ID is also displayed in the search results along with name, to help identify the correct individual.

This helps avoid confusion in cases where multiple Approvers have the same names.

  • Eliminates ambiguity by clearly distinguishing between Approvers with identical or similar names

  • Increases accuracy by ensuring requests are directed to the correct individual

Security and VAPT Enhancement

Patch 2, Patch 3, and Patch 6:

Summit Web App security enhanced by performing Vulnerability and Acceptance Penetration Testing (VAPT). This has hardened the Summit Web Application security layer.
