Feature released in SummitAI IT Service Management (Asset Management, Tahoe)

What's New?

You can now view the Software details under the Hardware section available in the ASSET DASHBOARD tab. The pie chart displays the number of software based on the status, example: Allocated, Available, and Deactivated. You can view the summary of Software in the drill-down page by clicking the number next to the respective status. The ASSET DETAILS drill-down page provides the information related to License Name, Total Quantity, Allocated Quantity, and Deactivated Quantity, and Available Quantity. You can further view the list of Software and its complete details in the LIST drill-down page by clicking the number under the status column.  For Information see, Asset Dashboard.
