Error rendering macro 'scroll-ignore' : Page loading failed

You have the option to reset the passwords and send the password to the configure E-mail ID. This option can be also used when you have forgotten your password.

To reset password:

  1. On the SIGN IN page, click the Forgot Password? link.

  2. Type in the e-mail id of the user for whom you want to reset the password.

  3. Click the Reset your Password button. The new password is sent to the specified e-mail id.
