Adding Master Configuration

To configure the conference call feature, the User needs to set the Master values. The User can configure a set of common values for conference calls.

To Add Master Configuration:

  1. Select Admin > Advanced > Notifications > Conference Call. The CONFERENCE CALL page is displayed.
  2. On the ACTIONS panel, click MASTER CONFIGURATION. The MASTER CONFIGURATION page is displayed.

  3. Specify the required information on the DETAILS section of the MASTER CONFIGURATION page and click SUBMIT. For more information about the fields on the MASTER CONFIGURATION page, see FIELD DESCRIPTION.

FIELD DESCRIPTION

The following table describes the fields on the MASTER CONFIGURATION page:

Fields

Description

Voice Type

Select Man, Woman or Alice as the voice type.

Language

Select the language from the drop-down list.

Welcome Message

Specify the voice message that you want to communicate on connecting the call.

Validation Message

Specify the voice message that you want to communicate, if the participant tries to join an outdated conference call.

No Input Message

Specify the voice message that you want to communicate when no input is provided by the participant.

SHOW LIST

Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured Conference Calls for the selected Module and Tenant.
