Configuring Feedback Questions

You can configure Feedback Questions for a specific Tenant. The configured feedback questions are used to get the feedbacks for various processes under Procurement.

To configure Feedback Questions:

  1. Select Procurement > Configuration > Feedback Configuration. The FEEDBACK CONFIGURATION page is displayed.
  2. Fill in the details on the FEEDBACK CONFIGURATION page. For more details about the fields on the FEEDBACK CONFIGURATION  page, see Field Description.

  3. Click SUBMIT. The Feedback Question is configured for the selected Tenant and is displayed in the LIST table.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the FEEDBACK page:

Description

Tenant

Select the Tenant for which you want to configure Feedback questions.

Feedback

Specify the Feedback Question.

Sort Order

Specify the Sort Order.

Active

If selected, the Feedback Question configuration becomes active.

Include Inactive Records

If selected, the Inactive Feedback configurations and displayed along with the active Feedback configurations.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the FEEDBACK page.

CONFIGURE RATING

Click CONFIGURE RATING to configure the ratings based on the answers provided on the Feedback Questions. For more information about how to configure the ratings, see Configuring Rating.

PRINT

Click PRINT to print the records displayed on this page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records displayed on this page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
