Approval Matrix

The Approval Matrix is a decision table that allows the user to define the roles of the Approvers.
The Administrator can configure an Approval Matrix to define level-wise Approvers for specific requests. The Administrator can perform the following configurations:

• Configuring Approval Matrix

• Configuring Approver Role

• Mapping Approver
