Assets By Store Report

The Assets by Store Report shows the count of Assets available in each Store. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.

Section 1

You can view a graphical representation of the Asset count against the Store name. Each bar is depicted by a different color which represents the type of Asset.

Section 2

You can view the Legend details of the graph just below it. Click on each legend to disable it on the graph.

Section 3

You can view a table listing the details of the graph displayed. Click on the link in the Asset type column to view the Asset details.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ASSETS BY STORE REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the Assets by Store Report.

PRINT

Click PRINT to print the page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.

EXPORT ALL

Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
