The Discovered Asset Details Report displays a tabular report of the Assets discovered based on the specified Tenant, scan type, scan name, and other specified details. You can view a detailed Scan Report of a specified system by clicking the hyperlink under the respective time frame column. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

 Additional Information

The Primary purpose of this report is to get static data of the discovered assets after you have scanned your source type. It will be helpful to authenticity of the assets and to increase the level of securities.

Steps to access DISCOVERED ASSET DETAILS Report
To view the DISCOVERED ASSET DETAILS report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > DISCOVERED ASSET DETAILS Report. The DISCOVERED ASSET DETAILS report is displayed. A sample screenshot is shown below:

    The following table describes the fields on the DISCOVERED ASSET DETAILS Report.

    DETAILS
    System TypeDisplays the type of the system.
    Scan SourceDisplays the scan source.
    Today

    Displays the count of the discovered assets for current date.

    Last 7 DaysDisplays the count of the discovered assets for the last 7 days.
    Last 15 Days

    Displays the count of the discovered assets for the last 15 days.

    Last 30 DaysDisplays the count of the discovered assets for the last 30 days.
    More than 30 days

    Displays the count of the discovered assets for more than 30 days. Click on the count hyperlink to view the detailed information about the specific asset such as Scan Type, System Type, Logged In User, System Name, Serial Number, IP Address, Model Number and so on. A sample screenshot is shown below:

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .

ACTIONS

You can perform following actions from the ACTIONS panel of the DISCOVERED ASSET DETAILS REPORT page.

Prints the displayed report records.

Exports the displayed records on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

Exports the complete list of report records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the report.

Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the Field Description table.

Scan NameSpecify the scan name.
Scan SourceSpecify the source of scan.
CPU TypeSpecify the type of CPU.
Scan TypeSpecify the type of scan.

Model NumberSpecify the model number.
LAST COMMUNICATED
FromSpecify the start date from the calendar icon from which you want to report to be displayed.
ToSpecify the end date from the calendar icon to which you want to report to be displayed.
Search BySpecify the search by value such as Asset ID, Asset Code etc.
Search ValueSpecify the search value such as Asset ID value, Asset Code value, etc.
