The Location Hierarchy report displays the hierarchy of the Locations and Stores configured for the selected Tenant. 

 Additional Information

With this report, Analyst/Admin can have a quick glance and estimate the asset count with respect to each location and store configured for a specific tenant. This gives a wholesome picture of the asset deployment for a selected Tenant. 

The report is displayed ins such a manner that an Analyst/Admin can drill-down the table in a hierarchical order to view the details of a specific asset at the bottom-most level.

Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Steps to access Location Hierarchy Report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Location Hierarchy Report.

  2. Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report.
    The FILTERS pop-up appears.

  3. Enter or select the value for Filter field as described in the following table.

    TenantSelect the Tenant from the list available. This is a mandatory field. For more details, view Tenant.

  4. Click SUBMIT.
    The Location Hierarchy Report is displayed. You get a tabular view of the report.

Click Expand All in the top-right corner to view all the locations and stores in the hierarchy.

Click any count hyperlink to view the Store-wise Asset summary of the corresponding store.

Field Description

Field Description
x axisThe x axis displays the Asset Type such as: Allocated, In-Store, Inactive, or In Repair.
y axisThe y axis displays the count of assets under each of the asset type.

Note: To view the list of assets under any particular Status, you may click on the corresponding count hyperlink. From the list displayed, you may click on the Asset ID hyperlink to view the details of any specific asset.

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .

ACTIONS

You can perform following action from the ACTIONS panel of the Location Hierarchy report page.

Icon Action

Prints the displayed report records.
