BI Average Duration Problem

BI Average Duration Problem report displays the report "of PRs based on your search criteria". You can view details such as Problem ID, Registration Time, Status, Description, Average Date, Approver User Name, Classification Name, Category Name, Priority Name, Sub Function Name and so on.

Click on   icon to update the search results of the report based on the filter criteria.

On the table, click on the  icon under the Problem ID column to display the vertical view of the remaining set of field details of the report which are not visible in the horizontal view of the report. For information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports.


ACTIONS (Not Required)

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SEARCH page.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the SEARCH Report.

FILTERS

Click FILTERS to specify the filter criteria to display the records in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

Select the required option from the drop-down list of the field Refresh Every. The available options are as follows:

  • Never
  • 10 Seconds
  • 30 Seconds
  • 1 Minutes
  • 5 Minutes
  • 10 Minutes
  • 30 Minutes
  • 1 hour

FIELDS

Click on FIELDS to select the required fields which needs to get displayed in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:

Field Description

Click icon to move the selected fields from the left pane of field list to the right pane of field list. The fields appears in the right pane will get displayed in the report.

Click   icon to move the selected fields from the right pane of field list to the left pane of field list. The fields appears in the left pane will not get displayed in the report.

Click icon to move the selected field(s) one position above in the field list of right pane.

Click icon to move the selected field(s) one position down in the field list of right pane.

Click icon to display the field properties of the selected field in the right pane of field list. A sample screenshot is shown below:

EXPORT TO EXCEL (Not Required)

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
