The Administrator can configure the Feedback Questions in various languages for the End Users. The configured Feedback Questions are displayed to the End Users in the same language selected for the application after an Service Request (SR) is Resolved/Closed. After Creating the Feedback Questions the Administrator can configure them in various languages.

To configure Feedback Questions in various languages:

  1. On the FEEDBACK CONFIGURATION page (Request > Configuration > Others > Feedback Configuration> Select the Tenant), configured questions are displayed under the FEEDBACK QUESTIONS section. Click the or  icon associated with the question to configure in different languages. The TRANSLATE THE QUESTION page appears. If the question is not configured to any other language, the   icon is displayed and if configured, the  icon is displayed.

  2. On the TRANSLATE THE QUESTION page, select the required language from the Language drop-down list and fill in the fields under Group, Question, and Answer section in the selected language.

    Example: In the screen shot the language is selected as Spanish. The Question Group name GROUP1 is written in Spanish (Caja de texto) in the Group Name Translation text box. In the similar way, Answers are also translated and specified in the respected text box in the Spanish language. If the End User is using the SummitAI application in Spanish language, the feedback questions are displayed in Spanish language.

    Note:

    If the Active check box is selected, the Feedback Question configuration becomes active and available for the End User.

  3. Click SUBMIT. The languages in which the Feedback question is configured are displayed.

Note:

  • Click any language to edit the fields for that question.
  • If a question is configured in various languages and any extra field is added to it, the extra field should be configured in different languages manually.
