The License Allocation Trend report displays the Procured vs. Allocated trend of Asset Licenses for the selected Tenant and license. For more information about Licensing, see SummitAI Service Management Licensing in SummitAI Platform Online Help. Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Steps to access License Allocation Trend Report
1.Navigate to Reports > Asset Management >License Allocation Trend Report.
2.Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The criteria FILTERS pop-up appears.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table.
Fields | Description |
|---|---|
Tenant* | Tenant is similar to department in an organization, example : Operations, IT. Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. For more information, see Configuring Tenants |
License Name | Select License Name from the drop-down list. Example : .Net, Advanced Password Recovery, Camtasia. |
Location | Select the location from the LOCATION tree. For more information, see Configuring Location And Store. |
| Year | Select Year from drop-down. |
4. Click SUBMIT.
The License Allocation Trend Report is displayed.

Click the Refresh Report 
to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report
