Enables the Analyst to export the Change Request details to a PDF file. The file exported can be opened in and printed in any compatibility application.
Business Benefits
The Analyst can export particular Change Request details to a PDF and can easily share with others. This helps to offline review the Chang Request details.
Configuration
Configuring PDF Content Designer
To configure PDF Content Designer:
On the PDF CONTENT DESIGNER page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > PDF Content Designer), select the required Tenant, Module as Change Management, and configure the section-wise attributes that need to display in the PDF. For more information, see PDF Content Designer Configuration.
How it Works?
To create a PDF of a Change Record:
- Select Change > User > Change Record List > Click a CR NO> Click EXPORT TO PDF icon on the ACTIONS panel. The EXPORT TO PDF pop-up page displayed.
- On the EXPORT TO PDF pop-up page, select the required sections to be displayed in the PDF.
- Click EXPORT. For more information, see Exporting Change Record Details in PDF.
