Report Description

The Incident Vs Time Taken to Resolve report is a graphical report that displays the percentage of Incidents resolved for different time frames, such as ‘<2 hours’, ‘>= 2 hours’, and ‘<4 hours’, and so on. The Last three months data from the selected month is displayed.
