Incident Management
This report displays the number of Incidents created, responded, and resolved every hour for the selected date range.

On the graph, click Incident Responded bar (pink) to view the detailed report on the Incidents responded per hour. See Screen Shot.

On the table, click the number in hours column to view the list of Incidents in respective status.Figure: Incident List
This section explains the icons in the ACTIONS panel of INCIDENT INFLOW TIMELINE page.
Filters
Click FILTERS to open the FILTERS pop-up page and specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT INFLOW TIMELINE report.

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
