Survey is a Customer Satisfaction Survey configured and sent to the End Users. The response to the Surveys serve as a tool to measure the quality of resolution offered by the Analysts. You can provide feedback to the Surveys on the SURVEY page.
To participate in CSAT Survey:
Click Incident > User > Survey. The SURVEY page is displayed.

Click the required Survey under the Survey List.
Specify the required information and click SUBMIT.
