What's New?
There is an enhancement while searching for any module using Global Search. Now, the Logged Time a new column is added on the Search result page. It shows the Logged Time for given module search in YYYY-MM-DD 00:00:00 format according to the applicable time zone. This functionality is added to improve the performance of Global Search. There are no restrictions on other statuses.
This functionality is added on the search result page of following modules:
- Incident
- Request
- Asset
- Change
- CMDB
- Network
- Server
- Knowledge
- Procurement
- Workorder

This functionality does not include the Search tickets using logged time. It is for display purposes on the Search result page only
