The Movement Status Report provides a tabular view on the different Asset Movements occurred in an organization for a specific Tenant.

Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

 Additional Information

Analyst/Admin gets a clear view regarding the movement details of various assets for a selected tenant over a selected period of time. The assent movements such as floor movement, store movement, from repair center to store, to repair center from store are all covered here.  The report displays details such as, Movement ID, Initiated by, Initiated date, Movement Type, Source and Destination Store location with full hierarchy. , and also the and approval details.

This report provides an Asset Manager a complete view of the different approval levels for a specific asset movement, details of level-wise approvers and their current status. If any asset is delayed with any approval process, it can be easily picked up from the report and remediation action can be worked upon.

Steps to access Movement Status Report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Movement Status Report.
  2. Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report.
    The FILTERS pop-up appears.

  3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table. 

    Field Description
    TenantSelect the Tenant from the list available. This is a mandatory field. For more details, view Tenant.
    Asset TypeSelect the Asset Type. Options available are Fixed Assets and Non Fixed Assets.
    TypeSelect the type of Asset Movement. Options available are as follows:
    • All - Displays assets that have gone through all types of asset movements.
    • Floor - Displays assets with floor movement. Only Allocated assets can have Floor movement.
    • From Repair - Displays assets that are brought back to Store from repair.
    • Store - Displays assets that have gone through store to store movement.
    • To Repair - Displays assets that are sent for repair.
    From DateSpecify the Date from which you need to filter the assets based on their movements.
    To DateSpecify the Date to which you need to filter out the assets based on their movements.
  4. Click SUBMIT.
    The Movement Status report is displayed. You get a tabular view of the report.

 Movement Status Report: Details

Movement Status Report displays the details of each asset movement that happened for a selected tenant and asset type, for a selected movement type over a specified period time.

Click any movement ID to view the details regarding the selected asset movement in a pop-up.

The APPROVAL STATUS section provides the details of the different levels of approvals configured for the specific asset movement, current status of the approvals and details of approvers. ASSET DETAILS section gives the details of the selected asset.

Click the Asset ID hyperlink to view the details of the asset.

Click the icon to print the displayed asset details.

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .

ACTIONS

You can perform following action from the ACTIONS panel of the Movement Status report page.
