On the KEYWORD MESSAGE page, you can configure the communication messages for both the Web Application and the Mobile App. You can also specify the password settings, information, and communication messages for successful and invalid parsing of keywords.
On the KEYWORD MESSAGE page, click the ADD NEW icon on the ACTIONS panel.
On the KEYWORD MESSAGE page, specify the required details. For more information about the fields on the KEYWORD MESSAGE page see, Field Description.
Click SUBMIT.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the KEYWORD MESSAGE page:

Keyword
Select the type of keyword from the drop-down list to configure the messages:
Unlock
Reset
Master Reset
Master Unlock
Note: The Password Length, Password Specification, and Password Settings fields are displayed for Reset and Master Reset keywords.
Password Minimum Length
Specify the minimum length of passwords.
Password Maximum Length
Specify the maximum length of passwords.
Password Specification
Upper Case: Select the check box to include an upper case character as mandatory in the password.
Lower Case: Select the check box to include a lower case character as mandatory in the password.
Numeric: Select the check box to include a numeric character as mandatory in the password.
Special Character: Select the check box to include a special character as mandatory in the password.
Special Characters
Specify the special characters, which you want to add in the Password Policy as the permitted special characters. If the field is left blank, the system allows all the special characters.
Password Settings
User must change password at next login: If the check box is selected, the user must change AD account password at next login
Password Never Expires: If the check box is selected, the AD account password of a user never expires.

Click the hyperlink to provide access to reset other employee's password (Master Reset) and unlock other employee's AD account (Master Unlock). On the ACCESS tab of the NEW USER page, you can configure the keyword access in the PROCUREMENT section. See Screen Shot. WEB PORTAL/MOBILE APP
Success Message
Type in the message for successful parsing of keywords.
Error Message
Type in the message to be displayed if an error occurs during parsing of keywords.
Invalid Message
Type in the message to be displayed if the parsing message is invalid.
User Communication Message
Type in the communication message to be sent to the user for actions, such as unlock, reset, master unlock, and master reset.
Manager Communication Message
Type in the communication message sent to be sent to the manager actions, such as unlock, reset, master unlock, and master reset.
Wrong Password Attempt Message
Type in the message to be displayed if the user specifies a wrong password for the AD account.
Exceeded Wrong Password Attempt Message
Type in the message to be displayed if the user exceeds configured attempts for wrong password entries.
Exceeded Wrong Password Attempt Message Communication
Type in the message to be sent to the user or manager when a user exceeds configured attempts for wrong password.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the KEYWORD MESSAGE page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured and default Keyword messages in the SummitAI application.

To edit Keyword message, click the Keywords. Make the required changes and click SUBMIT.
To display the inactive Keyword messages, click the Include Inactive check box.
Note:
When the Keyword Message details are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to add a new Keyword Message.
