You can book Appointments related to minor issues, such as enabling USB port, Mouse/ LAN cable replacement and so on.
To Book Appointments:
Select IT Clinic > User > New Appointment.
On the USER APPOINTMENT page, select the Tenant, Location and Kiosk for which you want to book the Appointment.
Type in a user name, if you want to book Appointment for another user. This field is displayed to you, only if it is configured by the Administrator (see: Configuring Kiosk).
Select the required Appointment Date and Appointment Time from the drop-down list.
Type in the Symptom for which you want to book the Appointment.
Type in the Description and click SUBMIT.
